Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to get your perfect footwear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding parts of Asia and some remote areas). International customers may be responsible for customs fees upon delivery.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We want every step in your footwear journey to be perfect. If your new shoes aren’t the right fit, our hassle-free returns policy has you covered!

Return Policy Basics

  • Timeframe: 15 days from receiving your order
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Note: For hygiene reasons, insoles from our Accessories category cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval

    We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.

    Securely pack items in their original packaging (including shoe boxes and dust bags).

Refund Processing

  • Timing: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Exchange Process

Want a different size or style? No problem!

  • Follow the standard return process above, indicating you want an exchange
  • Specify the new item/size you’d like
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • For size exchanges within the same style, we’ll expedite processing

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding parts of Asia and remote areas):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
