Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, undamaged, with original tags)
- In the original packaging (including shoe boxes and dust bags)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, insoles from our Accessories category cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost of sending your new item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: You’ll receive the full item price minus any original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Exchange Process
Want a different size or style? No problem!
- Follow the standard return process above, indicating you want an exchange
- Specify the new item/size you’d like
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- For size exchanges within the same style, we’ll expedite processing
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding parts of Asia and remote areas):
- You’re responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds will be in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
